INTERNET.COM, THE E-BUSINESS AND INTERNET TECHNOLOGY NETWORK, ACQUIRES @NY AND SILICONALLEYJOBS.COM WEB SITES

(WESTPORT, CT-April 14, 1999)-internet.com LLC today announced that it acquired @NY and SiliconAlleyJobs.com Web sites and related Internet media properties. Both sites are now part of the expanding internet.com Network of Web sites and Internet industry resources. Terms were not disclosed.

@NY, founded by veteran journalists Tom Watson and Jason Chervokas, is a weekly provider of news and analysis of the Internet media industry in Silicon Alley. SiliconAlleyJobs.com is a leading online job source for Internet professionals.
