INTERNET.COM VENTURE FUND II PORTFOLIO COMPANIES PARTNER TO PROVIDE ONLINE EXAM PREPARATION FOR THE LEGAL INDUSTRY

(New York, NY-February 29, 2000)--internet.com Venture Fund II portfolio companies, Lawbooks.com (http://www.lawbooks.com) and ExamWeb, today announced a strategic alliance designed to provide ExamWeb law-related prep courses to LawBooks.com visitors. Courses will be sold via the LawBooks.com Web site and delivered by ExamWeb as part of the co-marketing agreement. internet.com Venture Fund II is part of the affiliated venture capital arm of internet.com Corporation (Nasdaq: INTM).

The relationship will strengthen LawBooks.com's brand as the premier community and e-commerce Web site for legal professionals and will enable ExamWeb to reach a highly targeted legal audience. The relationship permits both companies to increase traffic and generate additional revenue. ExamWeb courses to be provided will include the California Bar, the Multistate Bar (MBE), the LSAT and the Patent Bar.
