INTERNET.COM ANNOUNCES CONTENT ALLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIA'S LEADING INTERNET PORTAL

Under terms of the agreement, internet.com will provide Internet industry news and Internet stock information for ninemsn's Investor Web site in Australia (http://investor.ninemsn.com.au). The content will be co-branded and will include daily Internet news articles about companies in Australia from australia.internet.com (http://australia.internet.com) as well as articles from internet.com's Internet Stock Report daily news report located at (http://www.internetstockreport.com). Users of the ninemsn network will also have access to australia.internet.com's growing e-mail newsletter properties such as Internet Daily-Australia, Internet VC Watch-Australia and the Internet Stock Report, as well as internet.com's search tools, news archives and links to the australian.internet.com Web site.
