INTERNET.COM ADDS COMPUBANK, MEDIA1ST.COM, PAGOO, TOPHOSTS.COM AND WEB2PCS.COM TO E-COMMERCE PARTNER PROGRAM

(New York, NY--April 6, 2000)--internet.com (Nasdaq: INTM), the Internet Industry Portal, today announced that it has signed exclusive e-commerce agreements with Media1st.com, Pagoo, Tophosts.com and Web2PCS.com. internet.com also extended its relationship with CompuBank, the original Internet National Bank. Each company will expand their reach throughout the internet.com network of Web sites and related Internet media properties.

"We now have over 30 commerce partners (including nine additions in the last week) and we will continue to form strategic alliances with top-tier companies seeking to reach the most influential purchasers of Internet and computing products and services on the Web," said internet.com chairman and CEO Alan M.
