INTERNET.COM ACQUIRES WINDRIVERS.COM AND DBASUPPORT.COM AND ADDS A NEW INTERNALLY DEVELOPED WEB SITE
(New York, NY-November 7, 2000) - internet.com Corporation (Nasdaq: INTM), the Internet Industry Portal, today announced that it has acquired WinDrivers.com (http://www.windrivers.com) and DBASupport.com (http://www.dbasupport.com), and that it also launched a new internally developed Web site to serve various segments of the Internet. Terms of these acquisitions were not disclosed. The newly developed site is called WebDesignList (http://webdesign.thelist.com) and its launch is sponsored by Affinity Internet, Inc. These acquisitions and this new site launch bring the total number of Web sites to 147 on the internet.com network.
