INTERNET.COM ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF XML101.COM, ASP101.COM AND 4GUYSFROMROLLA.COM

(New York, NY- December 6, 2000) - internet.com Corporation (Nasdaq: INTM), the Internet Industry Portal, today announced that it has acquired XML101.com (http://www.xml101.com), ASP101.com (http://www.asp101.com) and 4guysfromrolla.com (http://www.4guysfromrolla.com). Acquisition terms for these sites were not disclosed. These acquisitions bring the total number of Web sites to 150 on the internet.com network.
