INT MEDIA GROUP LAUNCHES PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FOR THECOUNTER.COM

(New York, NY- July 26, 2001)-- INT Media Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced that it has successfully launched a paid subscription service for TheCounter.com (www.thecounter.com). TheCounter.com, which is part of the internet.com network of Web sites, has over 1.5 million registered users. Until now, TheCounter.com has been a free service that allows Web site owners and developers to obtain a variety of statistical metrics to a respective Web site, including number of visitors. TheCounter.com will continue to provide a free service, but will now give users the option of signing up for this new enhanced service for only $9.95 for a 12 month subscription.

"We are excited to be able to offer this premium service to TheCounter.com's 1.5 million registered users and the approximately 10,000 new users who register every week," stated Alan M.
