(New York, NY - December 4, 2001) - INT Media Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced that it ran four events last week and this week in the USA and Singapore and that all events were critically and financially successful and will be reflected in the operating results of the fourth quarter (2001).

The shows included 802.11 Planet Fall 2001 Conference & Expo held in Santa Clara, CA on November 27-28; Flash Kit Asia 2001 held in Singapore on November 28-29; Nanotech Planet Fall 2001 Conference & Expo held in Boston on November 29-30; and E-Mail Marketing/Newsletter Strategies held in San Francisco December 3-4. Spring events have already been planned for Nanotech Planet (May 2002 - San Francisco) and 802.11 Planet (June - Philadelphia).

"We are thrilled by the success we have had with these shows particularly during a time when people are less apt to travel. All of our events were successful and would probably have been even more so but for the lingering fears of 9-11" stated Alan M. Meckler, Chairman and CEO of INT Media Group. "We are particularly excited by the impact that our inaugural 802.11 Planet and Nantotech Planet events had for their respective industries. Clearly, INT Media Group is the leading source now for information both online and offline for both of these dynamic industries."
