INT MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR ENTERPRISE WIRELESS FORUM SPRING 2002 CONFERENCE & EXPO

(New York, NY - January 8, 2002) - INT Media Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced that its Enterprise Wireless Forum Spring 2002 Conference & Expo (formerly WirelessOneTM Conference & Expo) will be held in Santa Clara, CA on April 29-May 1, 2002 and a fall conference in Boston at the Boston Park Plaza on October 28-30, 2002.

"The market for enterprise wireless and mobile technology is growing rapidly as this technology proves to be a critical business platform. INT Media Group's Wireless One™ event has been refined to focus on the technology and business needs of the enterprise market and its users. INT Media Group is pleased to announce the new name of the event as Enterprise Wireless Forum, which will include both a comprehensive conference program and two day exposition," said Eliot Weinman, President of Intermedia Group, a division of INT Media Group. "Moving forward into 2002, Enterprise Wireless Forum has been positioned specifically to provide expert insight and education on the emerging technology and business advantages of leveraging wireless and mobile technology to extend the enterprise, empower mobile workforces, and create true competitive business advantages and ROI," added Weinman.

According to Iain Gillott, founder of iGillott Research and conference co-chairman, "Wireless and mobile technologies and applications are quickly moving from concept to necessity. The testing phase is over at many companies that are now looking at full-scale implementation of their pilot projects. But to do that, these organizations need to understand how to deal with the challenges of integration, scaling, security, data and systems management."

In May 2001, at the inaugural event, over 1,000 senior IT and business managers, directors and executives attended the conference and exhibition. Attendees learned that now is the time to be implementing wireless solutions for competitive advantage and discovered many solutions that are available to implement immediately, with significant developments coming in the near term. Enterprise Wireless Forum Spring 2002 will focus on these solutions by discussing the steps, strategies and technologies that enterprises need to adopt to move from prototype and pilot to full implementation. Along with high-level, visionary keynotes and in-depth workshops, the conference program will cover critical issues such as: Corporate Wireless and Mobile Strategies, Mobile Workforce Automation, Messaging and Mobile Computing, Enabling Applications and Services, Deployment and Support and the latest Enterprise Technologies and Solutions.

To learn about attending the conference, please see our Web site at www.enterprisewirelessforum.com or contact Rebecca Hodgkins, Marketing Manager, at 508-870-5858 x117 or [email protected].
