INT MEDIA GROUP LAUNCHES INSTANT MESSAGING AND VOICEXML TRADE SHOWS

(New York, NY - January 10, 2002) - INT Media Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced the launch of two new trade shows - Instant Messaging Planet Conference & Expo and VoiceXML Planet Conference & Expo, the first focused trade shows in the world designed for professionals interested in better understanding the business opportunities presented by enterprise Instant Messaging (IM), and for business and technology leaders who are looking for strategic, technical and market opportunities in the emerging interactive voice applications and services market. Instant Messaging Planet Conference & Expo will take place March 7-8, 2002 at the Omni Parker House in Boston, Massachusetts and VoiceXML Planet Conference & Expo is scheduled for March 20-22, 2002 at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Jose, California.
