JAMES A. CHAMPY ANNOUNCED AS KEYNOTE PRESENTER FOR UPCOMING INTERNATIONAL IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT SUMMIT EVENT

(Westboro, MA - July 23, 2002) - INT Media Group (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced that James A. Champy, best-selling author, chairman and head of strategy at Perot System's consulting practice (NYSE: PER), will be the opening keynote presenter at its upcoming 2nd Annual International IT Service Management Summit Conference & Expo on Monday, September 23, 2002 at the Boston Park Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts.

Champy, recognized as a leading authority on improving management and business performance through business strategy, operations, organizational development and change, as well as information technology, will bring his knowledge and expertise to attendees at the 2nd Annual International IT Service Management Summit.
