INT MEDIA GROUP NAME CHANGE TO JUPITERMEDIA IS FINALIZED

(New York, NY - September 4, 2002) - INT Media Group (Nasdaq: INTM) today announced that it has changed its name from INT Media Group, Incorporated to Jupitermedia Corporation. This follows the acquisition of the assets of the Jupiter Research and Events businesses from Jupiter Media Metrix, Inc. in July. The company now trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol JUPM.
