JUPITER RESEARCH TO LAUNCH NEW MICROSOFT MONITOR RESEARCH SERVICE

(New York, NY - June 4, 2003) - Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq: JUPM) today announced that its Jupiter Research division would launch a new service in July with exclusive coverage of Microsoft Corporation. This new research initiative, entitled Microsoft Monitor, will be led by Jupiter Research Vice President and Research Director Michael Gartenberg, along with Jupiter Research Senior Analyst, Joe Wilcox, former Microsoft lead reporter for CNET's News.com.

Jupiter Research's Microsoft Monitor research service will help vendors prepare for market opportunities created by new Microsoft initiatives. The service will also help enterprise users understand which strategies are most successful in dealing with Microsoft and how to best exploit the customer relationship. Jupiter Research will also immediately launch the new Microsoft Monitor Weblog at www.microsoftmonitor.com, a companion to the research service offering daily Microsoft centric news and analysis from Jupiter Research's seasoned team.

"Microsoft occupies a unique position within the industry that requires dedicated coverage and analysis. The launch of our new Microsoft Monitor research service, along with our daily coverage of Microsoft on the Microsoft Monitor Weblog demonstrates how Jupitermedia will be a leading provider of information about Microsoft," stated Alan M. Meckler, Chairman and CEO of Jupitermedia.

"The very name Microsoft evokes an emotional response from people. Whether you love them, hate them, admire them or stand in awe of them - in today's world of technology you can do anything but ignore them," stated Jupiter Research Vice President and Research Director, Michael Gartenberg. "This service will help both vendors and end-users to better understand Microsoft and its initiatives and to prosper from that knowledge," said Gartenberg.

The Microsoft Monitor research service will use consumer and executive IT surveys, online analysis, case studies and usage models. Clients of the service will discover which areas of Microsoft are most likely to succeed in capturing the marketplace, how these technologies will be deployed and how to effectively deploy them, complement them or compete with them.
