JUPITERMEDIA ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF MEGAPIXEL.NET
(New York, NY- October 5, 2004) -- Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq: JUPM) today announced that it has acquired the assets of Megapixel.net (www.megapixel.net), a leading resource for digital camera owners and those interested in digital images. The site reviews new cameras, provides tips for photographers, hosts an active discussion community forum and features active buying exchanges for new and used equipment. Megapixel.net's creators, Denys and Olivier Bouton, will continue to manage the site for Jupitermedia, which is offered in both English and French versions. Terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
