Friedman and Film Producer Jeffrey Sharp ("Boys Donít Cry" and "You Can Count on Me") Will Discuss New Venture to Publish eBooks and Multimedia Content

(New York, NY Ė December 1, 2009) (a division of WebMediaBrands, Nasdaq: WEBM) announced today that former HarperCollins President and CEO Jane Freidman will headline the first eBook Summit, December 15-16 at New World Stages in New York City.

Friedman and Jeffrey Sharp, a film producer of features including "Boys Don't Cry" and "You Can Count on Me," will discuss their innovative new company, Open Road Integrated Media, which focuses on digital publishing and marketing.
