internet.com Acquires Wall Street Research Net; Leading Financial Web Site will Become Part of internet.com's Internet Stocks Channel

(WESTPORT, CT - July 26, 1999) - internet.com (Nasdaq: INTM), The E-business and Internet Technology Network, today announced that it acquired Wall Street Research Net (http://www.wsrn.com), the Web's most comprehensive financial content and e-commerce site for investors. The site is now part of the internet.com Network of 63 Web sites and related media properties (http://www.internet.com). Terms were not disclosed.

Wall Street Research Net (WSRN) offers professional and private investors access to fundamental research and proprietary content on actively traded companies, including industry leaders such as Yahoo! (Nasdaq:YHOO), AOL (NYSE: AOL) and Ebay (Nasdaq: EBAY). Investors can access SEC documents, company home pages, annual reports, press releases, stock quotes, graphs, and more. The site sells investor research information from leading companies including Baseline, Multex (Nasdaq: MLTX), Market Guide (Nasdaq: MARG), Grants Online as well as financial spreadsheets and PDF reports created by WSRN itself.
